A new furnace was able to be installed that afternoon.Dustin,Kraig and Devin were great. The whole installation took less than 5 hours.
They wore masks and socially distanced when they needed to talk to me.

Adam was prompt, courteous, and helpful. Since it was Christmas Eve, he didn't seem the least bit put out because he had to work. Nice to know there's a business out there that still believes that service need not have the word "self" in front of it.

Responded same day for furnace problem, Installed new furnace and removed old furnace 6 days later. Removed old furnace and installed new furnace within 3 hours after arriving at appointed time.
Clerical service of registration for buy back, FOE rebate , and tax credit provided . Their knowledge of rebates and installation made a financial pain a lot less painful.

D & M Heating removed my oil furnace and installed a new natural gas furnace. I am very happy with the quality, price and speed of their service. I would highly recommend them.

Furnace was dead and they were at my house within 90 minutes on a non-emergency call. The technician was very fast and knowledgeable, identifying a much cheaper fix than we anticipated. He also did a courtesy review of both furnaces and gave me some pointers on easy but important maintenance I can do myself. Very happy I called these guys!

After unsuccessfully attempting to replace a thermostat on our own, we couldn't get the old thermostat to work. The expert from D&M helped me find my wiring error over the phone, getting the heat running and saving us an emergency weekend service fee. The gentleman I spoke with was not only professional and knowledgeable, but helpful and understanding of our situation. I was out of town a couple of weeks ago and my wife was home alone. She calls me at 10:00 pm and says the furnace isn't working. I called D & M and left a message. Ten minutes later Jeff called me and he came out within the hour. He got the furnace running. He then gave me several options. I decided to have D & M replace the furnace as it was 18 years old and we had several costly repairs done already to it. They came out the next afternoon and installed a new furnace. Did a great job. I was not a customer of D & M at the time and they still treated us like we were longtime customers with them. They do what they say and they do it well!

I was given a time frame of 1p-4p and the technician showed up at 230. Tim was great! He was very knowledgeable and professional when explaining what was causing our furnace to not heat. I would recommend this business to anyone.
