We grew up here.
The “D” in D&M stands for “Dad”
He started the company in ’79. When he needed to retire, we couldn’t let everyone lose their jobs… so we bought the company. They said we’d never make it; we’re still here.
That’s a very young Jeff (owner), the first year my Dad hired him to work at D&M.

What We Do:
Heating & Cooling Repair
We fix all brands and models of air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and boilers.
Answer the Phone
A real person answers 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
And we respond to an answering machine within 5 minutes if someone leaves us a real emergency message.
Install New Equipment
If it’s time for a new air conditioner, furnace, boiler, or heat pump mini-split, we’ll help you choose the best one for you.
Then we’ll install it perfectly.
Things we DON’T do:
We don’t take ourselves too seriously.
And we DON’T work on:
- water heaters
- duct cleaning / balancing
- window ac units
- car ac
- electrical
- plumbing
- the weekends

My furnace would not heat so I called D&M. In less than 2 hours, Alyssa called prior to arriving and then pulled up 10 minutes later. She quickly identified the issue and fixed it and then made sure things were working before she left.
Our air conditioner went out during a hot spell, they came out right away and by the next day we had a new unit installed. The installers were friendly and very efficient. We are very pleased with our experience with D&M Heating.
I jokingly told them: “I don’t speak HVAC”, but they were kind enough to teach me what I needed to know to be an informed homeowner!
