Carrier Heating & Cooling Equipment Warranties

Carrier WarrantiesD & M Heating & Air Conditioning is happy to offer Carrier backed Factory Warranties. For many systems, this warranty covers both any parts, and labor to repair a malfunctioning unit. Some central furnaces and air conditioning systems carry 5 year warranties on parts and labor, while others carry a full 10 year warranty. Carrier furnaces carry a 20 year heat exchanger warranty on their standard efficiency units, and a limited lifetime warranty on their high efficient units, plus a 20 year labor allowance.

All Carrier products now carry a 10 year part warranty as a minimum.

All repairs made by D and M Heating and Air Conditioning are warrantied for one year, parts and labor.
