D & M Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. offers Service Plans for your heating and cooling equipment. Routine servicing can save you
money by lower operating costs, and it reduces breakdowns. Our Service Plans also provide peace of mind, knowing that a trained and
certified technician has thoroughly inspected your equipment, and brought any problems to your attention.
By purchasing any of our Service Plans:
- You have become a Preferred Service Client.
- We contact you to schedule routine maintenance.
- We keep a full service history of your unit, which is available to you.
- Purchase of all new equipment will include a Preferred Service Client discount.
- We provide extended service hours for routine maintenance, to 5:30 PM, Mon- Thurs.
- Transferable to new owners of property, or to newly purchased homes in our service area. (Requires Technician inspection)
Gold Plan: All repairs* included.
- All repairs are 50% off.
- No diagnostic fee for breakdowns.
- Same Day service for emergencies**. Includes free precision tune up on furnace (or boiler), A/C, humidifier, and electronic
air cleaner.
- One filter and humidifier pad per year included.
- Any accessory or add on purchases will be at 20% off our regular rates, including UV light bulbs.
Standard Plan Includes:
- Free precision tune up on furnace (or boiler), and a/c
- 24 hour service for emergencies**.
- No overtime rates.
- Any repairs, accessory, and add on purchases will be charged 20% off our regular rates*, including UV light bulbs.
- $15 diagnostic fee on service calls, excluding routine maintenance.
- You can add on your humidifier or electronic air cleaner for $35.00 per year.
Cleaning Plan Includes:
- Yearly maintenance on furnace and A/C.
This plan is designed for customers who have purchased enw equipment from us with an extended warranty
