Power & Bypass Humidifiers

Without the proper humidity level, your home will not be as comfortable as it should be. In fact, many homes are drier in the winter then a desert! By adding humidity in the winter, many people are able to turn the temperature in the home down, and be more comfortable.

We sell both Carrier humidifiers. They come in several shapes and sizes. The model you need depends on the space that you have to humidify. We can install humidistats that monitor the outdoor temperature, as well as the indoor humidity level so they can be set once and not worried about. Both units also have a flow through design, so there is no water sitting in the unit.

Power humidifiers use a fan to blow the moist air into the air stream of the heating unit. These are generally used on larger homes, or where more humidity is required.

Bypass humidifiers use the furnaces blower to move the moist air into the air stream. They are generally used in smaller homes, areas where less humidity is required, or space is limited.
