D and M Heating and Air Conditioning was created in 1979 by two partners with one shared idea. "Prompt Professional Service" emerged as our tag line and continues today.

Over the years, the business grew but, even today, Kurt Dodge (the D in D and M) still manages the company on a daily basis.

Products and service requests have changed, the market has changed, but our commitment to providing the best service to our customers remains the same today as in 1979.

Selling the Carrier product line has allowed us to provide the most efficient, quietest and most comfortable solutions to our customer's requests for heating and cooling systems installed in their homes and businesses. Variable speed furnaces, Puron air conditioners, heat pumps and integrated HVAC system controls make up a part of our product offering, as well as a wide array of indoor air quality products .

We provide solutions to problems. More than "too hot? Buy an air conditioner". We include operating tips and suggestions to get the maximum comfort from your heating and cooling equipment. Estimates include an evaluation of current and future needs, ducting and distribution systems and analysis of return on investment when purchasing new units.
